Lea Salonga used her Twitter account @MsLeaSalonga to react on one of “The Voice” fans who took a picture while watching the show’s taping.
On November 28, the Broadway star and “The Voice” coach said even the artists invited in the show have to surrender their video recording devices before entering the studio.
Lea said that the fan should be blacklisted because of what he/she did. It is possible that the results of the show will be preempted because of what the fan did.
She added that the said fan was asked to leave the studio, but she doesn’t know already what happened after that. One of her followers tagged the singer’s link in an entry of the blogsite Fashion Pulis. There were screen grabs of Lea’s tweets with her followers.
The comments did not all take Lea’s side.
While others praised Lea for being direct, others bashed her for being “negative” while others said she’s undergoing menopause. Lea simply laughed off these accusations.
“Nothing you can do, people that don’t know the whole story will fill in the blanks.” It also amuses her that many of her fans came to her side despite her not asking them.
She asked her followers not to assume they know what she’s talking about unless she explicitly says so.
“So to everyone that understood where I was coming from, thank you.” Lea said not everyone will get her side.
